Also beim "Ja" war nicht darauf bezogen, ob es ein "Bug in JOSM?" ist, sondern darauf, dass es auch postal_code gibt und das in diesem Falle richtig ist, da addr:postcode nur an Gebäuden Anwendung finden sollte. Mir ist das letztendlich auch egal. Wollte dich nur darauf hinweisen, dass es so im Moment niemand verwenden kann, da der verwendete Key `ctct:email` unbekannt und somit wohl auch von keinem ausgelesen wird/werden kann.
