Well, how is it possible to tag non-"normal, valid features"? This should be possible, as it is very helpful for people in the forest.
In my opinion these objects will be more permanent than the planned motorway. Have a look at Hambach forest - the tree houses still exist, the mine didn't expand into the remaining forest.
