Place tag looks correctly mapped but the area should be tagged as landuse=residential. See my project comment.

Looks like 2 tasks were overlapping in seperate projects here. If you see that something is already mapped then modify the existing data. Thanks for trynig to accurately map the area, but it was tagged incorrectly and should instead be landuse=residential.
