| 152916152 | over 1 year ago | Good practice when submitting changeset comments is to include the location of the feature you edited, for example the country and city, or state. It can help other mappers keep track of local edits.
| 152916133 | over 1 year ago | It is accurate to delete features that no longer exist. Your change-set comment is informative: thank you for submitting one. It's also good that you included a source. Just know that local knowlege can refer to things like 'my friend told me that a resturaunt I know of shut down', If you have actually seen for yourself that the buisness is no longer opperational, then you can state your source as "survey" instead which carries more credence.

| 151274695 | over 1 year ago | Why did you revert and modify these building footprints?
| 150012776 | over 1 year ago | a significant portion of way/531395324 is a waterway. you added a highway across it but not the bridge/culvert. other crossings should be marked as ford=yes. The waterway is intermittent
| 150012776 | over 1 year ago | The highway-highway crossing warning simply means that highways are intersecting and do not share a common node. |
| 150012776 | over 1 year ago | This is not the correct way to use the crossing key. The key is intended to mark the crossing of ways with varying traffic e.g. a train and a motor vehicle. Different values of highway sharing a node do not count, intersecting ways intended for the same transport mode do not count: these are junctions. Reference osm.wiki/Crossings. |
| 151886895 | over 1 year ago | Please, write a changeset comment before the hashtags. Intersecting highways must share a common node unless they are on seperate layers i.e. physically seperated, one above the other.
| 151886662 | over 1 year ago | Highway junctions must share a common node. Please, write a changeset comment before the hashtags.
| 151886526 | over 1 year ago | The nothern way you added created a highway/highway overlap. Please add ways accurately. Please write a changeset comment stating what you did before the hashtags
| 151885821 | over 1 year ago | You created highway/highway overlaps without common nodes. Please write a changeset comment (ideally before the hashtags).
| 151885450 | over 1 year ago | You created intersecting highways which do not share common nodes. Navigational software may/will not recognise the junction and so will not route correctly or in the most efficient way. The highways should be better alligned to imagery.
| 151885725 | over 1 year ago | You should not add highways (open ways) that share multiple consecutive nodes as this creates a ovelapping ways error.
| 151887341 | over 1 year ago | You moved a node to a less accurate location so I reverted your change set. It looks like a mouse slip. Please keep your edits within a task area and leave a changeset comment at the begining of your changeset.

| 151517691 | over 1 year ago | I was unaware of that, thanks for letting me know. I'll keep it in mind for the future. I was going off of the public_transport=platform page on the OSM wiki when mapping: it stated that the area tag was not required. It does however, conradict the platform=railway page ,which states that the area tag is necessary. If you know more about it and want to spread the word you may wish to edit or add to the OSM wiki pages, and/or inform someone responsible for the rendering of the map (if this is in fact a bug). |
| 150539895 | over 1 year ago | woods and buildings should not share common nodes press g on them and pull them apart. press q to square corners. I reccomend you return to this area and just look around using esri imaging to learn how to better interpret the shape of buildings in imagery. it has better resolution at high zoom. Check out this wiki page too osm.wiki/Roof_modelling
| 150585008 | over 1 year ago | Nodes should not be shared by buildings and woods area press g on shared nodes to unglue them.
| 150585008 | over 1 year ago | Square the corners of buildnigs that have square corners have a look here for more details about mapping buildings osm.wiki/Roof_modelling
| 150392358 | over 1 year ago | Thank you for mapping but please be aware that building footprints cannot physically overlap on the same layer. So even if you can't quite work out the arangment/shape of buildings. Know that they should not overlap. Please press q when mapping buildings with square corners. |
| 150413378 | over 1 year ago | Buildings in the changeset area and within the area of task https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/16641/tasks/?search=1108 have not been mapped before you marked the task as complete.
| 150412477 | over 1 year ago | Orthogonolise building footprints by pressing 'q' for buildings with straight edges.
