Yahoo sucks for the part, where i living. I'm spending some of my time to walk, cycle and drive with my Freerunner to draw my city. I thought about buying some aerial photos [1], but I don't know if there are some legal issues for making the beautiful map of my city. Of course, I have mailed to them and asked: Can I make maps from your photos? - they said: "Yes". Okay. That is one side of the medal. If someone ask me - how do you made this map (where's source?), must I show him the source?

You should make sure it's clear the map you make from their images will not just be your own personal map but it will be added to OpenStreetMap and be under that license:
osm.wiki/index.php/OpenStreetMap_License
(i.e. it will be used by people other than you)
You may want to read up on this page and links from it:
osm.wiki/index.php/Potential_Datasources
I don't think you would have to show them source code or the technical details of the map making software. Though you need to tell them about OpenStreetMap and they could easily find out all the details from the website (they may just be curious).
Hopefully someone with better knowledge on doing such things will be able to answer here.

I think that's pretty much it. Basically the key question is "do you [the aerial photo people] claim any copyright in tracings from your photos?". If the answer is no, they just claim copyright in the photos themselves, then you're free to go ahead.

I'll try to translate our conversation:
Me: Buying your photos allows me to create maps of roads and terrain? Created maps will be made available under a Creative Commons License Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic.
They: Yes, if the product created by you does not contain any part or all of our orthophotomaps and it wont be posssible to obtain from the file our orthophotomaps (clearly - the layers must be seperated).
If I made mistakes in translating - text in Polish:
Ja: czy zakup waszych zjdęc umożliwia mi tworzenie map dróg i terenu?
Stworzone mapy zostaną udostępnione na licencji Creative Commons
Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic.

In that case that's 100% fine. Worth posting your conversation somewhere on the wiki for posterity, and adding a source= tag for any edits you make.
