You might want to change the road classification to highway=service + service=driveway. BTW - driveways are private and do not need and access tag.

We don't add parcels to osm. I removed the parcel like building but left the address nodes. If you want to draw in the buildings look for the Maxar Premium Imager under the background icon in the editor. The imagery is fairly recent but not as clear as Bing. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

#TIP: Don't connect ski runs with wooded areas. The ski run just passes through the wooded area. The reason not to is when you want to improve either the wooded area or the ski run, you the connection can cause problems.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was concerned when I saw that Strava showed high activity on the trail plus it was visible in imagery - or at least parts of it was. Who is doing the restoration? Normally I see this with government held lands not private property. I agree that the trail should be removed if the area is being restored to it's natural enviornment. Otherwise it's best to mark the section of the trail as private with access=private.

This path exists and is widely used see the Strava heatmap imagery. https://www.strava.com/heatmap#17.44/-122.68812/45.86083/hot/all. if the owner has posted no trespassing signs or added a fence then it would be appropriate to tag the section of the path as access=private. But since it exists it should be in OSM just tagged appropriately. If you have any questions on how to property tag it just ask. I'm happy to help.

In OSM we typically don't map features that can not be verified such as this downwind paddle route. We do map ferry routes but only as a way of connecting locations for highway systems. I'm recommending that you remove this routes. You might want to check into OpenSeaMap, which uses OSM, to see what they recommend.

#TIP: highway=footway is similar to what we call a sidewalk in the US. Because OSM was started in England we use British English for tags which can be confusing at times.

highway=path is what we call a trail in the US. Typically much narrower than a footway. Can you review your edits to see if the trails you added are footways or paths? Thanks. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.
