A turning loop is usually tagged for cul-de-sacs. This looks like a round-about. I removed the turing loop tag. Do you want to add the roundabout? Hint - the edit can draw a circle for you.

That works much better, especially after looking at Bing Streetside. They look like driveways, even though the county has them in their database as unnamed. My guess is the county adds all street for 911 service.

The US doesn't have what OSM defines as living streets. They should be classified as residential. Can you make the change?

I removed the name from the driveway - we don't use descriptive names. Instead I added the housenumber to the house. I'm not sure of the city or zip so I'll leave that for you to add.

Tip: use highway=service + service=driveway to tag driveways. Use of a descriptive name is not recommended. I'll fix this.

I changed the unclassified to service. According to the county - this road is part of the complex. BTW - unclassified in OSM is just a residential road in rural areas. We get our classifications from England where OSM originated.

The streets are private in the sense of ownership but not in who can use the roads. For example a driveway is assumed to be private.

Looking at imagery of the entrance to the development, there is no signs preventing someone from entering.
