I looked at your edits. What you mapped as a traffic calming island really isn't one. The correct way is to create a multipolygon excluding the areas that aren't actually parking spaces. I've converted the area into a multipolygon to demonstrate how it's done. It is a lot of work but looks great when done. I'll leave it to you to finish the east side of the parking lot. You left some crossing ways. The track just north of your new service road doesn't appear to exist. I would probably delete it.

Remote areas are full of old garbage left over from a 2007 import of TIGER data. I typically just delete the old data, especially if there doesn't appear in the aerial imagery.

Tip: use the Forest Service overlay to see if the road is in the USFS inventory.

Can you fix this?
