You might want to check the county data at https://psearch.kitsap.gov/psearch/. If the way you tagged as a path is wide enough for a car, it might just be a driveway, tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. Let me know if you need help figuring this out.

#TIP: If the business occupies the entire building, just tag the building with the business information instead of duplicating some of the information on a node. If multiple businesses operate in a building, then add each as a node.

58th does look like a private road, unless it is marked with no trespassings signs, the tag motor_vehicle = private should not be used. Instead I would suggest the tag ownership=private. Can you review this edit? Let me know if you need help.

It is currently pinned at the old library location, which never had any chargers. The new location has them located on the upper floors.

Because of this error, I'm wonder how good the rest of the data is

I went ahead and changed it from a power line to a track. I also renamed Seaview Drive NW to Northwest Seaview Drive to match what the county has. Let me know if that is wrong.

#TIP: square buildings by selecting the outline then just type a "q". Also, if you are interested in getting more fancy, you can add the interior court to the school. Just draw an outline of the inner court, then select both the inner court and building outline. Then just right click and select the +.

A couple of questions. Why is the road designated as permissive? It appears to be a privately maintained road so I can see adding ownership=private, but unless there are signs marking the road as restricted, then a access tag is unnecessary.

Also, you changed the south end to a power line with a max speed of 5mph. Should this be tagged as a service=driveway instead?

It appears you duplicated the costco store outline and added a river next to the existing stream linestring. These have been fixed.

You also added a poiygon that is tagged as a physiotherapist. Should that also be tagged as a building? Can you finish up this polygon?

Is the sidewalk removed on the south side of the street service road? Imagery still shows it there but I see the construction of a new bike lane in the area.
