King County iMap does not show a residential road at this location. Looking at Bing street imagery, there is no street sign. https://www.bing.com/maps?FORM=Z9LH2&cp=47.621275%7E-122.161731&lvl=19.8&pi=-11.6&style=x&dir=205.7

All of which looks like a shared driveway, which we tag as highway=service + service=driveway.

#TIP: Street names in OSM are spelled out. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating.

Check out our wiki page on how to map straits. natural=strait. Using a node is preferred because the start and end of the strait is hard to determine.

Also, I'm unable to find any reference to the Segastill Passage. Where did that name come from? I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.
