Marc - looking over your edits I see you removed a number of tracks, I assume because they are on private property. We still map objects on private property all the time. If it exists then it can be mapped. If there are no trespassing signs or gates limiting access then it's appropriate to add access=private.

Also - we don't use descriptive names, like name=Driveway. The tag service=driveway does the same thing.

Can I get you to relook at your edits to see if the tracks should be added back as well as remove the descriptive name?

I think you are trying to add a sidewalk. Sidewalks are tagged as highway=footway and are usually connected to the road or sidewalk network if one exists. Can you fix the tags? Let me know if you need any help.

#TIP: a gate is typically added as a node on a road. A fence can be added as a way running the length of the fence. If the fence crosses the road with a gate, just add a node at the junction of the road and fence.
