| 66622498 | almost 7 years ago | The node is placed in a parking lot. You also need a tag to describe the business. I'm going to remove the node. If you need help, please ask.

| 66611568 | almost 7 years ago | I removed the large building that covered the street and houses. I think what you want is to created a landuse polygon. I'd would tag it as landuse=residential and add the name and address. You could then add each individual cottage along with any building number in the addr:unit field. The wiki page on landuse is landuse=* I'll send you more info on OSM in a message. All of the rest of your edits look great. Thanks for contributing.

| 66584394 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: select the building outline then type an "s" to square it. Also try to align the outline to the imagery. Sometimes it helps to use other imagery. Use the layers icon on the right side of the editor to see different imagery. I fixed some of the buildings on the east side of Chicago Avenue. Can you fix the rest you added? I'll send you some info on OSM.

| 66549050 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: It's often nice to contact the original mappers before deleting something. They may have local knowledge of the feature. The original mapper has done a lot of work in Concrete. Skagit County GIS publishes open parcel data. In this case, I'm sure it's just one parcel. I haven't looked myself. FYI - I live in Mount Vernon.

| 66488951 | almost 7 years ago | I couldn't tell, did you discover the square tool in the editor? If not, just select the building, right click then type an "s" to square it. If you didn't your buildings look great.

| 66488864 | almost 7 years ago | Question - is the name of the building Unknown or the name is just unknown. If its the later, it's best just to not add a name tag. Name tags should only contain official names.

| 66465321 | almost 7 years ago | Welcome to OSM. I made some changes to your edits. I removed the houses - they were way too big. Best to wait for newer imagery. ESRI at least shows the construction area. Imagery can be found on the right hand side of the editor. I also changed the street from a living street to a residential. living streets are only found in Europe. I used the Snohomish County online property information system at http://gis.snoco.org/maps/property/viewer.htm to updated addresses. If the county is wrong, please change them back. And more importantly, let the county know. It could seriously mess up taxes and a bunch of other issues. I'll send you more info in a message. Thanks for getting the new roads and addresses in OSM.

| 66412670 | almost 7 years ago | I would split east bound NE 8th where the curb separates the lanes. It would connect to the street light at 116th and 8th. Probably needs a turn restriction - no right turn on to west bound 8th - unless it's allow. That will prevent anyone from taking the exit off 8th. or for someone merging onto 8th from 405. |
| 66412670 | almost 7 years ago | That curb will be confusing. We normally add kerb= to the highway. Since the ways are already separated, the kerb= doesn't add much, but doesn't hurt.

| 66412740 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: Don't for get to change your changeset comment. It doesn't have to be long, just short and to the point. Like "Added no access to section of road."
|
| 66414784 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: Other imagery is available. Use the layers icon on the right hand side to select from other suppliers. ESRI may be the most current.
|
| 66409828 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: You can square the building outline by selecting the outline then just type an "s" - it will look much improved. Do you need help?
|
| 66377406 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: Instead of deleting the building, you could have kept the buildings, just removed the tags that no longer apply. Building outlines help give the map more detail. Can you add the building outlines back?

| 66377443 | almost 7 years ago | a meadow is typically found in a farming area. This just looks like scrub. I'm going to change it. Check out the wiki for more help. I'll send you a message with links.
|
| 66322145 | almost 7 years ago | I have some suggestions. landuse=farmyard is for areas around barns and other buildings - and usually has no crops. landuse=farmland is used for farmland. It can be used with crop=*. Also look at landuse=meadow and orchard. Also - we don't use descriptive names, like "Horse Pasture" - In this example, I would just tag it landuse=meadow. The wiki at landuse=farmland has some good pointers to help.

|
| 66266155 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: You can merge objects, like the Fred Meyer node and the building outline by selecting the two objects, right click, then use the + icon to merge the info into the building.
|
| 66210662 | almost 7 years ago | Tip: If you can't see the feature, try different imagery. Bing Imagery is dark and hard to make out. Mapbox is very good. You just need to experiment. Plus imagery from different providers was likely taken on different dates. Some more current. |
