I've driven down the service road behind the L shaped building before and don't recall any restrictions. Should access=permissive be removed?

My vote for stupidest SEO edit. Thanks for removing them.

Tip: roads need to be tag as osm.wiki/Tag:highway=. I went ahead and tagged this as highway=unclassified which seem appropriate for a rural area. Also if you pick different imagery you can see the the road. Imagery sources are located on the right hand side of the editor. The ESRI imagery appears to be the most up to date.

Tip: Rather than remove the building outline, just update the tags. That will save adding the building back. Unless of course it no longer is there.

Tip: Try not to connect park boundaries with roads and other unlike features. It makes updating features easier in the future.

My only involvement was adding level crossings to rail & road crossings. Apparently I added to the problem by adding a level crossing to where the rail, road and admin boundary were connected. I unconnect the admin boundary from the road. Your fix of the multipolygon looks good.

Tip: Don't connect features that don't connect in real life, for example, powerlines and sidewalks. Also when a sidewalk a road, service or otherwise, they should be connected. I went ahead with the corrections. I'll send you a message with more info about OSM.

There are people working on indoor mapping for OSM. Right now it's not well defined. The best use case is mapping malls. see osm.wiki/Indoor_Mapping for more information.
