We also so a AM radio mast or tower directly to the south of you. It is listed as KLAY-AM. I don't see it on the imagery. If it isn't there anymore can you remove it or move it to the correct location? Thanks

Look like you added 10019 105th Avenue Court Southwest! Congratulations.

It's a mistake we all make. It's really just a subtle difference and on the scheme of things not that big a deal. It's not like someone is going to come in next week and start cutting down trees.

Did you mean landuse=forest instead of natural=wood? Forest implies that the area is harvested while natural=wood just means a bunch of trees.

We don't add lot boundaries in OSM. Just physically observable features. I changed your areas into address nodes.

You could add what appears to be a basket ball court. not sure exactly what it is from the imagery.

its not really a park, more common grounds for the apartment complex. Parks are fairly well defined in the wiki. see leisure=park

Sushanta,
You added an untagged way from 118th Place Northeast. It wasn't on any of the imagery plus it ran right through the house at 11840. I removed it. My other questions is you added an address node for 11905 NE 70th in front of the same house at 11840. Is that correct? I couldn't see another house on the imagery. Let me know if I can help you.

I have reached out to 1) Bestwestern and informed them of the vandalism and asked them to have their vendor stop and 2) am attempting to contact the SEO firm - yes I know who it is - to get them to follow our practices.

While I've visited that area, I don't really know much about the area, especially the detail of surrounding businesses.

looks like we were editing at the same time. I've seen this SEO remove other hotel building outlines only to leave a node with missing tags, like that its a hotel.

Thanks for catching fast.

I thought Pass Island was already part of Deception Pass Park but it doesn't appear to be. According to the state it should be part of the park. I wonder when it got removed.

There is a park you added next to WA410. You might have to clear your cache to see it render.

55665093 almost 8 years ago

I don't see the park. We've had some vandalism with added parks, people are quick to revert if they think it's false. I did change your landuse=forest to natural=wood. Forest implies someone harvests the wood, while wood just indicates a bunch of trees. It looked more like a bunch of trees to me.

Your changeset notes are retain from session to session. It looks like your original edit. One tip - instead of saving and uploading after each house, do a few and then upload. Also, if you select the house outline, type an "s" to square it, or right click and use the square icon to do the same thing. Building look nicer with squared.

Landuse=residential is usually around the entire block or even development. From the imagery - it looks like grass, you could use landcover=grass. There is also a landuse=grass but it's an artifact left over from the early years of OSM.

How do you figure this area is a recreational grounds? Every time I've walked in the area, it appears as just a grassy area.

Tip: either right click on the building outline and select the square icon to square the buildings or select the outline and hit the "s" key.
