55875228	almost 8 years ago	It looks the like extended portion of the alley should be tagged highway=footway. If you leave it as highway=service, it tells routers that's it okay for cars and trucks to go the length of the way. I'm getting this partially from your changeset comment "extended alley to include foot access.

55846225	almost 8 years ago	That appears to be more of a retention pond. It's tagged as landuse=basin, basin=retention. Also we don't use descriptive names. That's the purpose of the tags. name is only for officially designated names, like on buildings or businesses.
