One correction - You removed the building= tag from the prison. Since it is a building, it still needs to be tagged as one. I added it back. Otherwise everything looks great. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message

This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

Review - looks okay but recommend squaring buildings and making sure building outline matches aerial imagery. To square a building, select the outline then just type a "q"

#TIP: OSM spells out street names. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating.

#TIP: Instead of deleting the existing forest, realign the existing polygon to save the history of the object.

BTW - I typically use natural=wood to tag areas of trees. landuse=forest implies that the wood is harvested. By using natural=wood, it eliminates the guess work. natural=wood works for both a bunch of trees as well as areas that are logged.
