#TIP: when the building is offset from the imagery, it likely that the imagery is actually offset. You can adjust the offset in the background layer - towards the bottom.

The correct tag for this is highway=footway + footway=access_aisle. For wide ones like this you can also add access_aisle=accessible_van. See footway=access_aisle for more info.

#TIP: OSM was started in England so we use their road classification system. Unclassified is basically just a rural residential road. This looks more like a service road. Can you review and correct if needed?
