I merged the two buildings -from other imagery they look like they are connected. If not just let me know and I'm happy to fix. Also removed name=q. Looks like a typo.

The roads you marked as private are privately owned but are open for public use. You can add a tag operator= with the name of the organization responsible for maintaining the roads. Also - the name of the road is just Valleybrook Lane. Adding private rd will only confuse routers.

check out changeset/139358288#map=19/47.27134/-122.31344&layers=Y where you can see bike routes in blue. Yours appears to be a duplicate. Can I suggest removing it?

I removed the mail box you added. A post box is the blue USPS letter drop usually located near a street. Second, we don't allow personal information, Mom's house, in OSM - for their protection. Feel free to add the address and apartment name to the building.
