I believe your XML markup was stripped -- can you upload it somewhere else and link to the file?

Even better would be to tell us what happens when you try and upload it - the error message will probably be far more useful than the file itself at least in the first instance.
That said it looks like it is a list of waypoints and we don't currently import those so uploading it probably wouldn't be useful anyway.

0 points parsed ok. Do they all have lat,lng,alt,timestamp?

Your gpx file needs to consist of trackpoints (the dots that mark your walked/driven path) if I see this right.
You could use JOSM instead: osm.wiki/index.php/JOSM
If you load gpx files there it also shows the waypoints.

Forgot to add this: The trackpoints are what is written automatically by the GPS, waypoints are the ones you manually create.
