Hello. Thanks for mapping
Objects without a roof, you can see both the shadow on the inside and the outside of an object, are not buildings and do not need to be mapped.
You do see trees here with a small white object half under them. I would interpret these as a building, although you can't see the shadow.

How to measure the width of a road in IDeditor:
Zoom in as far as possible and draw a line between the shoulders of a trace and click
ctr +shift+M to shows measurements
click on the line between the nodes, and you get the width.

About mapping buildings.
Please look carefully what you map.
I noticed that you map the courtyard in a compound as a building, leaving the building itself unmapped.
When you see an object, without roof, map it as barrier=wall, rather than building=yes.

You know how to map a building with a courtyard inside?
Where clearly visible, add courtyards, please.
This is how to map a building with courtyards.

1 Draw the outer outline of the building as an area. Tag as a building
2 Draw each of the inner courtyards/plazas as areas. Tag as building as well.
3 Hold 'SHIFT' and select all the areas
4 Press 'C' to create a multipolygon with all the areas
