If no one has by then I’ll make those changes that you just mentioned. However those “Freeway Entrance” and “Toll Road Entrance” signs are just a Caltrans/state of California thing. Local freeways usually do no have those signs (such as the freeway portion of Jamboree Road, which is not under the jurisdiction of Caltrans as defined in Sections 90 & 461 of the Streets and Highways Code, in Tustin and Irvine none of the ramps or main road have “Freeway Entrance” signs)

Bicycles are definitely allowed on certain freeways. in California by default bicycles are allowed on freeways unless the department that controls the freeway erects signs that state the bicycles are not allowed.
