Node at 31510698 is a better representation of the place=village rather than a disjointed set of buildings (philosophical: a village is more than just it's buildings!)

This relation delimits the residential areas of Fiskerton and as it e.g. excludes the central green area, I don't think it's a good candidate to represent the entirety of the Fiskerton village.

As this residential area doesn't enclose the Newton village node (151230251), or Main Street or 'Newton House Farm', I don't think it's a good representation of the entirety of the village?

Move town node so that it is inside the town way. Don't agree that the node should be temporary; especially with the shape of this way, the centroid doesn't look like it's going to be a good approximation of the 'town centre', so we should keep this node!

Can't see why the village would cut in here. Preferring a simpler boundary with the adjacent wood.
