Title case on name. Can't find any precedence for place_name tag so removing.

Ensuring that place=town status is only on the node, as the way also encompasses fields and is more of an administrative boundary than a town boundary.

I've removed place/town=Louth, as what is mapped by this relation is the residential areas *in* Louth, not the town itself (i.e. the non-residential areas also constitute part of the town). The node 26984645 still represents the town.

Try to unify on place=city for both the Brighton node and the way.

Noticed that node Waunarlwydd was classified as village whereas enclosing residential area is a town. Prefer the 'town' designation as the latter has been edited more recently.

This looked like a town from the amount of houses and Wikipedia agrees! A 'High Street' in a village seems suspect. No local knowledge.
