The photos on their website are from their second restaurant in the city center (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.6899585,23.327863,3a,15y,44.96h,89.96t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s7UdBMa01p5l28W26xwwXsA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

The building that is north of this one is a private school. Then you have this one, which was "missing" because you removed the building tag. I've added the southern building, where this restaurant is most likely located and a note to survey it.

What do they have on the second floor? A kitchen, seating area for customers or somebody's home?

I see at least 3 floors on Esri Clarity, the cadastre also confirms this data. Not to mention the house number which translates to "Residential building 37".

POI almost never occupy a whole building unless it is a single story and specifically built for that POI (some restaurants, malls, most bigger supermarkets etc.). This one is a two story house. I doubt that they occupy both floors given the fact that it has been tagged as house.

The change of amenity to disused:amenity is easy but you also have to clear all other POI tags which takes a lot more time when you have it merged with a building since you have to make sure that you are not deleting the building related tags.

building=hospital is appropriate in most cases assuming the amenity=hospital polygon is correct which is not the case.

way/304882202 houses a dance school and alternative medicine cabinet, way/304882202 and way/303662304 are a residential buildings (it is pretty easy to determine it by their roofs since hospitals here are quite old and they almost always have flat roofs). You can also see the party wall (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Party_wall) on the first building, which is not common for hospital buildings. The strangely shaped building might be some service building or it may be some doctor's office. I will leave it as building=yes so it can be surveyed.

I've corrected the hospital polygon and the building tags.

Hello beatnickgr,

Please avoid merging POIs with buildings. It makes it a lot harder to clean up after they close down or when they move to another location.

And welcome to OpenStreetMap. When you make your next edits, please make sure to use other imagery that is not Bing. Bing has very low quality and everything has a lot of offset. To change the imagery, press B on your keyboard and choose a more up to date imagery (like Esri World Imagery or Maxar).

If possible, take a look at the area around SMG (way/239404427). Chumerna street should be straight and the school's building is not a few meters from the buildings on the other side. The entrance to the backyard of the school is also not at such angle.
