Updated surface quality based on a cycle trip today. Long story short: it's bad.

Changed a tiny (<2m) section of bridge to the same road type and permissions as the road either side of it. The current classification ("track") and permissions (none specified) was causing cycle.travel to treat it as private.

Marked road as private (there is a "private, no tresspassing" sign at each end)

Fixed an incorrect turn restriction that was preventing bikes from entering the guided busway (see https://cycle.travel/forum/thread/6045)

Specify some surface types

Mark some of the tiny sections of way that attach Cottenham Road to it's adjacent Cycleway (that don't really represent any actual real road surface) as bicycle=yes and nonprivate where appropriate, so cycles can actually join it.
