Changed the oneway restriction on Cambridge Road to match reality: only the actual oneway section is tagged such, and the cycle exemption uses "oneway:bicycle" tags instead of an imaginary seperate way.

Fixed a missing link (a few metres) of bridleway not marked as such, which was resulting in routing apps not considering this route.

Added maxheight tags for extremely-low-clearance covered section

Fixed a tiny 1m segment where bicycle=permissive was missing, preventing routing apps from functioning
