Unfortunately, upon several pieces of Mapillary imagery reviews, it seems that the entire sidewalk within PH-170/R-7/España Boulevard got physically separated by a barrier (with trees) - previously mapped, but removed. Also, I'm wondering on the red light cameras that needs to be mapped as well for the City of Manila NCA implementation. Kindly review this changeset for some corrective measures. Thank you.

Upon review, though it is not an expressway-like highway, Bayawan City has a population of greater than 100k, hence it is categorized as a trunk, regardless of the highway classification. In that case wherein available and connected bypass/diversion roadways (bypassing the downtown area) should be on the trunk.
