Why did you delete all these features?

Do not "lollipop" areas to create simulated holes in an area. You should use multipolygon relations instead.

This changeset has been reverted in part or full to remove "fake holes" in the area.

Do not partially overlap landcovers (fairway and putting green) for example.

Couple things:
1) Do not delete and readd. Just manipulate what is mapped to preserve edit history.
2) Do not "lollipop" landcovers to simulate holes. Multipolygon relations should be used instead.

I have resolved this for you for this changeset.

This changeset has been reverted for the following reasons:
* Partial overlap of landcovers
* Removal of features to redraw them
* Many landcover areas split up to resemble multipoloygons, rather than creating multipolygons

I stongly advise you to read the following wiki section PRIOR to making further edits:

Please do not use the live OSM servers to test features. A sandbox can be used in JOSM without pushing the info to the live database.

Why did you delete what is there just to redraw it (with errors, mind you)? It is best to manipulate what is already mapped to preserve edit history.

As previously mentioned in this changeset:
changeset/148365086

Do not partially overlap areas.

148826219 almost 2 years ago

Do not lollipop or fold areas back on themselves to create a "hole" in an area. Multipolygon relations should be used instead.

Railroads that no longer exist (and have been built upon with no railway hardware remaining (rails, signals, electrification, etc.)) should not be mapped on OSM. OpenHistoricalMaps should be used instead.

OSM is only for what currently exists, and as time goes on, things will change. But OSM should match the real world and not what it might have once been.
