| 177157959 | 2 days ago | As discussed before, all features mapped are observable and confirmed from aerial imagery. Access tags were added based on the information provided that the driveway was private. We have no say in what people do on the ground, regardles of what is mapped. Routers will not utilize a driveway as a shortcut. One would argue that by having it correctly mapped with the correct tags, it will provide better results than none at all. It was recommended you install signage or a barrier. Instead, you've taken to straight up vandalism by deleting features that exist and were correctly tagged with private access. Please review the following before further deletions of validly mapped data:

| 174993522 | 6 days ago | Please try a little harder to put this next to a road. You put it way out in the farm field, which I assume is incorrect. |
| 176589449 | 9 days ago | Please try better with positioning. I don't think an ALPR does any good facing a tree..... |
| 175165752 | 21 days ago | I don't think construction has started yet. Personally, I don't think "proposed" belongs on OSM until it is certain it is being built. The tracks go through buildings and other infrastructure as mapped. |
| 176379157 | 21 days ago | Instead of creating a new node, please just update the already mapped business. |
| 163464713 | 27 days ago | Good catch, and good question. I didn't add it directly, but it came from the way it was split/extracted from. I think it may have been because one hotel was a node within a different hotels building area? I went ahead and removed the fixme=yes since it is no longer relevant. |
| 157676669 | 28 days ago | Please don't just click resolve on errors and issues unless you understand it. Splitting up streams just to hid an error when it is still completely wrong and shouldn't exist in the first place is incorrect: Example:

| 168757530 | 2 months ago | parking lot aisles should be tagged as:
And not:
Updated accordingly. |
| 173892773 | 2 months ago | When updating businesses since they are out of business can you update the "name=*" to "was:name=*" Also remove the ancillary data tags since it is no longer relevant, such as cuisine=*, website=*, hours=*, brand=*, etc. I ran across a few other edits for CVS, Walgreens and other brands and it is causing confusion on whether it might be there or not. It is also showing up on other rendering sites despite it no longer being there. Thanks - just a kind request to go the extra mile to save some cleanup work. Thanks! |
| 154186904 | 2 months ago | When adding street names, we don't use abbreviations. "Wy" should be "Way" |
| 166976062 | 2 months ago |
That's an interesting name. |
| 169881602 | 2 months ago | don't use descriptive names. |
| 168663252 | 3 months ago | Please don't glue landuse to roadways. It makes it really difficult to work with. Bleh - I'm not even going to bother updating roads and features here because it is such a spider web of a mess. |
| 173025090 | 3 months ago | Please don't glue landuse to roadways. It is a nightmare to adjust roads with glued landuses. If possible, please unglue these landuses to make it easier to work here. Once you have unglued them, I will return to continue updating the area. Thanks. |
| 173390852 | 3 months ago | Changeset undone. Please don't map information by creating duplicate features. This is wrong and leads to confusion. |
| 173291527 | 3 months ago | Is "114 Bayard Street" the actual name of this or is it just the address? As mentioned before, a name is only a name and not an address. What source did you use for the name? |
| 172232293 | 3 months ago | If you are adding these as a result of notes, please close the notes. |
| 173138938 | 3 months ago | The name is actually "Windsor Locks Train Station" NOT "New Windsor Locks Train Station" Only actual names should be used. Descriptive names such as "New" should not be in the name if it is not the actual name. |
| 170179912 | 4 months ago | Is there a reason you removed the name and brand info for Starbucks rather than to "proposed:" or "construction:" ? All info from note was previously incorporated to aid in note closure and you removed said info without even adding a note. If you have info, feel free to map it rather than leaving it only in a note. |
| 170246323 | 4 months ago | For self storage places, the name should be added to the larger landuse area or as a node if there is more than one building. |
