Also, make sure you follow the one thing, one feature policy on OSM. You created a node and a relation/way for the same feature. Only one should exist. Also, they should not be named, and the elevation certainly isn't 7m above sea level. Elevation tag should be corrected or removed.

This changeset has been reverted. Here on OpenStreetMap, we use access tags to denote a road as private. Deleting removes all data, and when someone sees a road, they will likely readd it without access tags, and they cycle starts over. You can read more here:
