Two of the buildings were overlapping, otherwise looks good, thank you. (I've moved it in changeset/148265546#map=19/53.30924/-4.09956)

I don't see this as a loss of `brand:website`, but an improvement of `website`.

Personally, I see very little value in `brand:website` when there is `brand:wikidata`. It can be auto generated.
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q41171672#P856

Then it can be updated in a single place, where as if you wanted to change `brand:website` on every object it would take a large changeset or years.

However I wouldn't object if you wanted to add `brand:website`, I just wont be doing it myself.

If you want a generic brand website, brand:website=* may be a better option.

Every case with more than 1 naptan:NaptanCode or naptan:AtcoCode is suspect. It was on my TODO list to check them, but I never got far.

I've repressed my Naptan memories! :P

If the errors are specific for York, I suspect their data in Naptan has/had issues. It's each local authorities responsibility to update Naptan, and I'm sure some are worse than others.

Taking a look at another website that shows Naptan data:
https://www.geopunk.co.uk/bus-stop/3290YYA00260
https://www.geopunk.co.uk/bus-stop/3290YYA00261
We can see that both of these have the same NaptanCode (3290026), I suspect the first should 32900260 and the latter 32900261.

I can't find any details about deps.at, but Naptan doesn't include timetable information. It may be getting it's data via Traveline or the new(ish) BODS. It seems likely that there is an issue in Naptan, but not the other dataset.

Woops, looks like this one removed brand:wikidata, not brand:wikipedia. Let me know if you need any help with reverting it.

FYI addr:country should be a 2 letter country code ("GB")

addr:country=*
