Please be careful here. These were aligned with official geodesic data. Bing maps in the Montreal area have an average offset of 0.6, -1.54
Please use this offset in the ID editor before changing alignment. I will revert this changeset for now. Thanks for your understanding.

Please keep the POIs near their respective entrances, otherwise routing may give you incorrect directions since it will snap to the nearest road instead of the nearest entrance. This case is not that bad but with large factories, it caused great problems in the past when analyzing accessibily to bus stops or pedestrian networks around the POIs.

Can you precise where the cycling path is missing on Rue de la Renaissance? I just checked and it is there all along. It has been drawn separately since there is a curb between the road and the cycling path.

I fixed it to be consistent with how it should be mapped for more precision. We usually prefer to put the stop sign at each stopping lines or alongside the sign if no stopping line is present. Thanks! You can go see how intersections are mapped precisely in any of these municipalities where we completed the data: Drummondville, La Prairie, Saint-Constant, Sainte-Catherine, Châteauguay, Vaudreuil, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Delson, Candiac. Thanks for your edits!

There is indeed 4 lanes here (2/2). I fixed it. Thanks

Please use this offset on Bing imagery as well: 0.6,-1.54

Hi! Thanks for adding sidewalks. However, make sure these are connected to the rest of the network and use the correct street names on them. Take a look at the sidewalks and crossings around the main boulevards which are correctly connected and with the right tags. Thanks!

I see! Sorry! The dash has been added back in the meantime.

I kept the tags for cycling lanes (on the correct side). However, I wish we could describ these narrow unmaintained cycle lane correctly

The left lane marked is not officially a cycling lane according to Boisbriand. Cars are parked there and there is no sign at all. Can you confirm it is a cycling lane and not a parking lane? As of 2022, most of the lane is completely erased too.

Please don't add abandoned railways that were dismanteled decades ago. If there is no rail left on the ground, it should not be mapped at all, except when there is a historical need to keep the abandoned/disused tag, like on the Petit Train du Nord in Laurentides.

Thanks! Be careful though to add the Bing offset as follow: 0.6,-1.54

Merci!

Hi!

The golfcart paths and footpaths should be connected to the rest of the road network otherwise it could create incorrect routings in routing engines (these are called unconnected islands). I don't know if it would be best to remove them all or to create artificial road connections... I'll let you decide.
