Hello, I see that you modified a few tags from maxweight=7.5 to maxweight:signed=7.5
What is the difference between those tags? From the OSM wiki and from taginfo it seems that this tag is only used as maxweight:signed=no to indicate that there is no signed maxweight restriction. I think this is not the case here.

Can you also keep the oneways? The main boulevard is under construction and although the oneways on secondary roads are temporary it will take a long time until they will be removed.

Thank you for investigating the issue. The oneways were recently modified (Madach Imre was reversed, Dorobanților is now new oneway), probably the restriction that you mentioned remained by mistake from the old configuration.

I do not think that this representation of the intersection is better than before. For example turning right from Madach Imre towards Dorobanților now involves 2 railway crossings according to your mapping, while it was correct before (can be done without crossing). Again, street Liviu Rebreanu was straight before, now it is crooked towards the intersection.
Can you explain why do you think this is an improvement over the previous representation? I agree that it is simpler for data users, but it is not that correct...

I am familiar with the area, the streets are approved, have names, houses will be build in nearby future, but to my knowledge there isn't anything on the terrain at the moment.

In this changeset I just moved some nodes, the object it's been the same for 10 years.
I agree that village_green is not the best tag, but I am not sure what to replace it with. It refers to green areas around apartment buildings, consisting in maintained grass, hedges and trees.
However this tag is used all over the city, it should be changed everywhere...

I am sorry, but I fail to see what is beneficial in this changeset.
I see that you deleted all building traces in the area and redrawn them with less detail and with offset (previous buildings seemed to be correctly aligned to GPS).
I am afraid I have to revert this changeset as this is a inferior version of the data.

I see you have added a village named Свињице, there is a cluster of houses in this area, but they are part of the nearby village of Svinița, the village is already tagged and this point is a duplicate.

Regarding the locality named Равниште I believe this is the name of the geological feature (there is a mountain/ridgeline)

DJ=secondary is only a guideline and should be taken with a grain of salt. This road is a dirt path only accessible to off-road vehicles, thus it shouldn't be marked as a secondary road as it is not that important in the national road network. It shouldn't matter that the county administration is formally the owner of the road (there is some debate even regarding this as there is some bureaucratical problems that prevents the road modernization)

How come this is not Piața I.I.C Brătianu if there is a streetname sign on-site and the addresses of the buildings are on Piața I.I.C Brătianu? Just by searching online the addresses of Brătianu Real Estate and of the Lutheran church you can find that they are no. 1 and 3 on Piața IIC Brătianu

Different countries have different rules, see: osm.wiki/Highway:International_equivalence

In Romania we mark with trunk:
national roads part of an european corridor, as well as express roads (controlled access roads). You can actually see when looking on the map that there are a lot of trunk roads in Romania, while most of those are not upgraded.

The rules in this wiki page are a equivalence to the official classification, but there are some exceptions agreed by the community - in practice it is not exactly one-to-one, so you may see also primary roads instead of trunk and stuff like that, but please do not change it without a good reason.

Why did you change it's classification? This is the main entry into the city, part of the european road network and has a configuration similar to an express road, it should be trunk.

Thank you for updating the bike network in TImișoara.

I would suggest to please not change tagging of existing paths, we were using the footway+bicycle=designated and cycleway tags differently to differentiate a sidewalk with painted lines from a proper constructed bike path.

If you have any updates or any missing features please add so, but I would like to keep the scheme that was already present
