There is a turn restriction right-only from Strada Constantin cel Mare. This short way is for the left turn from the boulevard to the parking lot.

Vreau să felicit inițiativa foarte bună în a importa acest set de date!

Doresc să propun niște modificări la schema de tag deoarece nu mi se pare conformă folosinței uzuale de pe OSM, după cum urmează:

- transformarea name="Adăpostul xxxx" în ref="xxxx", recomand acest lucru deoarece numărul este doar un număr de ordine în tabel și nicidecum nu e o denumire oficială, de asemenea "Adăpostul" se poate deduce din taguri și nu se recomandă conform practicilor OSM privind denumirile descriptive.
- câmpurile de adrese introduse într-un tag temporar de tip addr:full sau description, deoarece acestea au nevoie de intervenție manuală în starea lor actuală. addr:place se referă la locurile unde nu există străzi, deci folosirea este complet greșită în setul actual de date. addr:state nu este folosit în România și nicidecum în varianta prescurtată, iar addr:city are greșeli de scriere sau în cazul Bucureștiului este pus sectorul.

Voi face aceste modificări personal dacă sunteți de acord.

From Strada Constantin cel Mare only right turn is permitted.
This short way is part of the parking entrance towards Kapa Shopping Center, which is an allowed turn (left turn from Strada Divizia 9 Cavalerie)

Romanian doesn't usually change the spelling of German names, only for some old well-known cities that have had a historical connection.
I had read more about the "Multilingual names" in OSM and it seems that it is not a good practice to just repeat names in every language if it is not translated in any way, so you are right, this is not the most correct way to tag.
The Maproulette challenge has been a little confusing, it is giving you suggestions regarding the correct spelling in Romanian and I just accepted the suggestions for all the places that are spelled like that in Romanian (even if this means not changing it in most cases).
For Vaduz I would argue that there is some added value as Romanian "Vaduz" is pronounced differently than German "Vaduz"

Loicastilor doesn't mean anything in Romanian. Also, it looks like a agricultural track, not like a street.

Am găsit pe site-ul primăriei (https://primariaplopeni.ro/home/istorie) următoarele date: 1938 se înființează Fabrica de armament și Colonia Mărgineanca, în 1945 se schimbă numele în Stejarul, iar în 1968 devine Plopeni.

Nu am găsit nimic despre numele "Ilie Pintilie" cum ai pus.

Nu se potrivește cu datele ce le-ai pus, ai o altă sursă?

Hello, I don't think this is the case. Each entering road has give way for the traffic inside the roundabout, so it is truly a roundabout. The lanes are a bit funky because they tried to do a "turbo-roundabout", in which some lanes leave the roundabout at every exit, but the traffic rules still don't change.
The only exception would be the tram that is going inside the roundabout, but it officially has to give way for traffic in the roundabout, even though in practice the cars always stop for it to go.
Here is some news when they painted the lanes like this, the mayor called it the super turbo roundabout :))

To my knowledge there isn't a full restrictions map from the town hall as you also found out. Regarding traffic signs they are not at every intersection, just at the first intersection where trucks are not allowed, if it makes sense.

I am still not sure about the tag situation, is maxweight:signed=7.5 tag correct? What is the difference between it and maxweight=7.5?
