Today we name the trees according to their cultivars in order to identify them more easily. When the tree has a label attached, the name matches the label. However, the name page suggests that maybe we shouldn't name them, in which case, I could clean this up. Is it OK to name them in line with the labels?

If naming them is OK, which of the names used are unusual and should be changed?

We use the name of the cultivar when known. We've occasionally had the species in the name too, I'm trying to move that part to a Wikidata species link.
