Added info on newly opened Freewheel Bike location in Minneapolis.

(1) The MRT signs point to the trail through Crosby Farms and Hidden Falls, not the upper trail along Shepard. (2) There is a portion of a trail closest to the river in Crosby Farms where the pavement has been fully removed. It is now just soft sand.

The trail from Lexington Ave to the I-35E Mississippi River bridge has reopened.

I noticed the closed part of Stone Arch Bridge was missing the access=no tag. I would think highway=construction implies that, but figured I should go ahead and also tag access=no.
