Typo in leaf description key. Flagged by Osmose, confirmed through https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:leaf_cycle and Satellite imagery.

Fixed one-way-edness of the south-eastern half of the street; fixed the point where the counter-flow bike lane ends. Since I don't quite understand how the tags work, I didn't touch them, just split, deleted, and re-merged.
