This multipolygon segment of the Willamette River isn't rendering properly. I've been trying for weeks now to find how and where it's broken but keep coming up dry. How do I fix this?

In Osmarender (+), this riverbank is rendered properly, because it's border is clockwise while the islands are counter-clockwise. Maybe Mapnik doesn't like the multipolygon "outer" if there are no islands in this riverbank. Try to remove the multipolygon from all segments which do not have islands and you can see them.
Try to create separate multipolygons for each segment which has an island inside instead of using one multipolygon for all segments.
