A lot of these landuse polygons are crossing multiple different landuses and therefore aren't particularly useful. Additionally, their large and haphazard size, frequently attaching to other valid objects makes these harder to fix than drawing from nothing. I strongly recommend backing out of this one and starting over, paying a bit closer attention to detail and precision.

Looks like an earthworks dam running west-northwest to east-southeast but where the reservoir should be is filled with trees. This might actually be a similar situation to Optima Lake where they built a dam but the water barely happened

That should be the case, as addr:unit is for any apartment/suite/office/space/trailer/locker/mailbox type situation.

You can probably leave the "APT " out of addr:unit and leave just the number as the value.
