Probably should be left|through|through on those turn lanes. "none" really only works out logically as a turn:lanes value when access:lanes=no.

Updated the abandoned CVS for clarity and what consumers are expecting.

With the other buildings... looks like a few got combined with their neighbors or there was some confusion. If you dont want to/can't draw the building within the limits of patience and skill, just a node works, too.

I moved the stop sign to be even with the stop sign on Bing imagery, also removed the "stop=minor" tag as Oklahoma has no major/minor road concept.
