American Avenue does not have bike lanes. The painted stripes at the road's edges are fog lines that indicate a shoulder, and they connect directly with several intersecting crosswalks.

Since bikes are not allowed at Isle Royale, all paths are de facto footpaths. Setting a consistent standard of highway=footway for all paths makes sure that new users using ID's preset features will not also forget access tags too.

Drew missing footpaths. Also removed sidewalk=footway from Paths, because this tag interferes with highway=path. Undesignated multiuse asphalt paths should not also be tagged as sidewalks, which are typically concrete and 6' wide.
