Added crossings to the Powerline Trail and aligned nodes to imagery.

I missed a block on the previous changeset tagging the Wash/Scott Bike Boulevard

Removed an incorrect leftside standard bike lane from westbound Michigan and added tags for the new eastbound bike track in front of the Couture. This will need some updating as soon as new imagery is available.

Removed cycleway:both=lane from sections of E Wells because for some reason they were overlapping the new bike track tags and rendering in CyclOSM instead bike one-way protected bike tracks.

Added Washington, 20th, & Scott to the City's bike route network and added tags to designate them as a bike boulevard (matching Fratney & Wright).

This roadway is not signed or marked anywhere as either W Swallow Rd (OSM) or W Wabash Av (Google Maps)

This block of Delaware is not a through-street.

I marked these ways bicycles=no because they either lead to or from limited access highways and/or lift gates for motor vehicle parking, and also are not adjacent to bicycle parking. This should markedly improve routing in this area.

Updated roadways and paths access in the NWR

This segment must remain oneway=no to allow for two-way travel between other one-way segments.

Drew and connected missing track roads around the Atlantic White Cedar Preserve.

Added new cycletracks to Wells St roadways. Because they are separate surfaces and objects, they should later be re-mapped as separate objects with oneway:bicycles=yes tags when aerial imagery is updated.

These ways are footpaths only, and do not directly connect to Lafayette Street.

Drew an established informal "desire" path.

Updated/corrected paths in/around Veterans Park based on the official OLT map. Which itself is missing Lagoon Drive, but the OLT network doesn't make sense without it, so I left it unaltered.

Added the new cycle tracks to Pleasant and Walnut, and added Walnut to the city bike network because of existing green street signs.

Since these paths do not connect to roadways and do intersect with stairs, I retagged them as footways so they don't interfere with bike routing traffic.
