Drew paths and crosswalks

The new Goat Path has some missing segments and connections

Walnut's bike lanes are only standard from Lime to Queen; and some segments of Lemon's protected bike lane had orientation errors.

Minor roadway corrections & updates

This strange thing is either a barrier=trench or waterway=ditch

Livingston & 9th do not connect.

East Ravine Road is finally/again now open for biking and walking!

Private/destination access roadway updates.

Updated Bridge St and split it - it is not a private track road.

Someone else has remapped the other nearby streetcar bike lanes where platforms protect the bike lane. I made this one consistent with the rest.

This path is not designated for any type of access but can be helpful for routing bike traffic. Has a curb cut only at the north end.

Since path w405779461 terminates at only one curb cut, and since half is a concrete sidewalk, I split it into a footpath and a sidewalk. Also added bike lane buffers to a few blocks of Villard.

Kassner and Victory are two former roadways that are still signed as streets. I think feature type Living Street with these access tags is the most accurate combination but I'm open to ideas.

This is just a normal sidewalk without specific access designations.

New 6th St curb-protected bike lanes between Walnut and Brown. Will require more details whenever imagery updates net.

My bad, this block has a standard bike lane that is unprotected and unbuffered.

Adding to my previous changeset and based on signage and maps, it makes sense to make these segments consistent with the rest of the HAST: which is comprised of general paths/highway=path instead of Cycle and Foot Paths.
