Straightened some crooked roadways' segments.

The HAST is largely feature type=path so I made the 6th & Freshwater segments consistent as general paths. The 6th St sidewalks north of Canal are bicycles=yes, not designated, because they are not part of the HAST.

Fixing errors from my previous changeset.

Ways that are <6' wide and made of concrete pads are typical of American sidewalks, but ways that are 8' wide and asphalt (and designated for bikes) should be tagged as multi-use paths, not sidewalks.

Meadowview is not a designated bike lane in person or on paper.

Added boundaries and labels for Hales Corners corridors and districts. Their place=neighbourhood labels may be incorrect. Please change or remove if so!

Aligned roads more accurately to imagery.

Changing construction=* tags in an attempt to prevent them from rendering in CyclOSM & OpenCycleMap. Construction has unfortunately not yet started on the Powerline Trail's phases 2 and 3.

Made road names and roadway types consistent with others nearby.

Footpaths into/near schools

This is a nature trail designated for foot travel, and the info sign at the trailhead explicitly disallows bikes and motor vehicles.
