Drew the Spring Hill Pine Plains and West Plains areas within Penn State Forest

Several nodes had mistakenly been drug sideways when a prior user drug the map. I moved them back into place.

I know now it's bad practice to remove any details from the map, and never should've outright deleted the ways here, but I did so before learning that Trench is a preset way type. These trenches are firebreaks. So I redrew the ways with more accuracy.

A footpath part of the Mullica River Trail was tagged as food=destination, which I assume was a typo for designated, because destination was negatively affecting routing in that area.

These paths are actually firebreaks that were dug to prevent the spread of the Mullica River wildfire. I considered retagging them as ditches, but since they are always dry and not in fact water features, it made more sense to remove them.
