Created and improved DTSP trails

Forgot to add source to last changeset.

Used USGS 3D layer to draw and align sand roads and paths near Atsion and Goshen Pond campgrounds.

I used the USGS 3D layer to draw/redraw many sand roads and paths. I also connected two segments of Lower Forge High Crossing road that were split apart since 2013! Btw, the North Jersey Coast Line near Hampton Furnace has a tag-less relation.

Sand roads, paths, firebreak trenches.

I used the USGS 3D imagery layer to re/draw sand roads and firebreak ditches around Martha and Washington.

Added, aligned, and detailed sand roads around Batsto and Mullica River.

This is actually Coopers Extended, as Coopers Road runs further north into Woodmansie.

The Cranberry and Cranberry Dot Trails are both multiuse trails made of paths and sand/track roads. I updated feature types, added detail tags, and drew/aligned many other sand roads.

The Nature Trail (blue) is a hiking-only footpath except for a few places where it must by nature allow bike and horse use.

Public toilet

The Mt Misery Trail is multi-use and popular for mountain biking so I updated the feature types, access tags, description, distance, etc. and created a new MTB route relation.

Added and aligned features and amenities in/around BRB SF campground.

Drew unconnected sand roads

Burnt Mill, Goshen Pond, and Sleeper Creek Trails are really only designated trails for horses. They are multi-use trails comprised of sand roads rather than multi-use paths.

Updated Wharton MTB trails' nodes, distance, etc.

Made trails' names consistent with NJDEP materials and each other, drew missing trails, and aligned some crooked ways to aerial imagery. Added distances and colors.

Created Atsion Lake Blue and Red Trails - paths and walking route relations.
