I considered making this an Informal Path, but functionally it's a sidewalk, just an asphalt one instead of concrete. A default Not specified bicycles tag should prevent any confusing routing.

These are really more informal desire paths than anything official.

Previous changeset cites service road, but this was still residential.

Added concrete planters to Market Street, which restrict traffic, and tagged them as barrier=yes since barrier=plantar would change the object type to bollard - but they ARE planters.

These crossings have new concrete islands to prevent passing on the right - does this qualify for crossing=controlled? There may be other measures to account for here.
