Traffic island no longer exists :(

Drew an informal path for the well-used double-track that connects the two official Barnegat Branch trail segments. Strava and RidewithGPS heatmaps both show a lot of informal usage along this old railroad ROW. Also fixed nearby roads and crossings.

Redrew roads and paths for ground-truth and better routing, and added member ways to the MDTS Relation where appropriate.

"cycleway:both=lane" is enough for CyclOSM to render, but OpenCycleMap needs "cycleway=lane" in order to render.
