I removed the bike lanes from SR-142 and Bushnell Rd because there aren't designated bike lanes. There is only a narrow shoulder alongside rumble strips on roadways with 55mph limits. Bike lanes need two stripes and designation to be bike lanes.

Added the other gate to Andrews Road that blocks car access to the dam from the east. Foot and bike traffic is allowed but not designated for anyone. There is an informal path around the western gate. The steps are a popular portage for canoers/kayakers.

I added the Fratney-Wright Bike Boulevards to the route relation for the city's bike route network, since these roads are designated for bike travel. This should help OpenCycleMap, which can't yet render bike boulevards or cyclestreets (but CyclOSM can).
