Updated the description of the Milwaukee City Bike Route relation and removed some inconsistent/incorrect relation members' roles.

Given the length of the trail and that it connects several municipalities, I upgraded the Henry Hudson Trail from a local bike route to a regional route.

Added a new two-way cycletrack.

Like the OLT, the HAST is a dedicated cycleway, and someone has used the preset feature type (general) Path, which undesignated some ways for bikes. Best practice: highway=cycleway + foot=designated

The S 13th and S 51st side paths are not designated for bikes - only 51st's is designated for pedestrians. Other path and crossing cleanup for consistency.

Made a missing footway a bridge to allow for overlap.

Someone has retagged many, many segments of the OLT as general paths and sidewalks, probably via the preset Features. This has undesignated many "cycle & foot paths" (highway=cycleway + foot=designated). I reverted these and made them all consistent.

These ways are signed as both the OLT and HAST, so I included them in both route relations. I.e. they are overlapped.

These are residential streets as well as service roads.

Remapped the Hop platform-protected bike lanes onto the roadways since they are part of the same roadway surface and material.

Tagged one-way parking-protected bike lanes with cycleway:right:oneway=yes, and redrew Wells' PBLs as separate cycle paths. (Lisbon's PBLs will need to be redrawn as separate cycle paths when imagery updates.) Wells' traffic lanes need some more work...

These pedestrian bridges are best tagged as footways with bicycles=yes to help with routing. Added surfaces, crossings, updated tags, and aligned to imagery.

Private roads and paths.

Paths that dead-end, or connect only to stairs, each other, or sidewalks are best tagged as footways so they don't render as bikeable.

The footpaths in the Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary have been tagged as bicycles=designated for 14 years! This is very incorrect. Also updated many other paths, roads, crossings' tags and alignments.
